| Q. | What is an Ala Carte Rally? |

| A. | Your $25.00 fee is for admission to all rally events and activities, your rally pin is included in this price. T-shirts, patches, & caps will be an additional cost for those that wish to order. You need to order your Rally Merchandise with your pre-registration. Merchandise will not be available for sale at the rally. |
| Q. | How do I change my merchandise order after I have registered? |
| A. | If you wish to order additional rally merchandise after you have already registered on-line you will not be able to re-order on-line or print a new form for just merchandise. Please call the registration coordinator at(618) 224-7559 to change your order. Payment for additional items must be mailed to P O Box 1027 c/o Tina Weisenfeld Trenton, IL 62293 before April 16th. |
| Q. | If I am registering for the rally on-site, can I pay with a credit card? |
| A. | Yes, we will have the ability to accept credit cards for pre-registration and onsite at the rally registration desk. However you will not receive a rally pin or be able to purchase merchandise at on-site registration. |
| Q. | Is it safe to register online with my credit card? |
| A. | Yes. H.O.G. uses VeriSign to validate the security of the online registration process. You can feel safe in using your Visa or MasterCard to register for the Rally. We invite all attendees to safely register on-line. |
| Q. | Does my H.O.G. Membership have to be current? |
| A. | Yes. Your H.O.G. membership expiration date is verified upon receiving your registration and must be active during the rally dates. If your membership is expiring prior to the rally dates it must be renewed prior to attending. |
| Q. | Once I have registered and paid my fee, can I cancel and receive a refund? |
| A. | No. Sorry the pre-registration fee is non-refundable. |
| Q. | If I am unable to attend the rally how can I get my rally packet? |
| A. | If you are unable to attend the rally after you registered you have two options to receive your rally merchandise. 1. You can have a friend pick up your packet. They will need to bring your registration confirmation card to pre-registration. A rally wrist band will not be issued. 2. Send $10.00 for each packet to: Illinois State H.O.G. Rally Inc. P O Box 1027 c/o Tina Weisenfeld Trenton, IL 62293 Your packet will be sent after June 11th. This is the deadline to request your packet to be mailed. |
| Q. | Who can attend the State Rally? |
| A. | The Rally is a private event held for H.O.G. members only. Each member may bring one non member guest. Associate H.O.G. members are members and should register as a member. The Rally is not open to the general public. |
| Q. | Does everyone need to wear a wristband? |
| A. | Yes. A wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: The wristband must be put on the attendee's wrist in registration. We are not allowed to give someone a wristband for someone else who isn't physically at Registration. |
| Q. | Do I have to register to be eligible to volunteer to work at the rally? |
| A. | Yes. Volunteers must be registered for the rally. Volunteers can be either H.O.G. members or non-H.O.G. member guests. Assignments will be on a first come first served basis. |
